Turkish Fashion at Apparel Asia 2005

The organisers are delighted to announce Turkey as the Partner Country at Apparel Asia 2005. Turkey has confirmed 500 sqm of exhibit space for Turkish manufacturers to showcase the best of their fashion industry. This would be the first time in a combined effort of major manufacturers and exporters of international high fashion to participate in the largest single-country pavilion to date at Apparel Asia 2005.

Turkish firms at Apparel Asia 2005 will showcase their best couture from their country. The manufacturers have the capacity to deliver products at a minimum time frame to the buyers/brands. They also seek investment opportunities and carry out distributorship agreements.

A very special highlight at Apparel Asia 2005 will be the Turkish Fashion collection from reputable Turkish designers; modeled by famous models on the catwalk including Turkey beauty queens. The choreography of the fashion shows will be orchestrated by the world famous choreographer Ugurkan Erez, who is the choreographer of Best Model, Miss Turkey & Elite Model Look and works for the shows of the leading brands such as Donna Karan, Marks & Spencer, Ellesse, Speedo …etc.

The international representation at Apparel Asia 2005 will grant a multi-faceted splendor of premium brands.

Visitor marketing is also underway, with the various supporting associations in the region aggressively promoting the event to their members. This will be backed by promotion at other major events, direct mailings as well as an intensive advertising plan.

APPAREL and YAFA Asia are co-located at Suntec Singapore from 18 – 21 October 2005 to attract a critical mass of targeted attendance to the cluster of events.
