Xtra-ordinario formula: Patented mattress

The first innovation concerns the perfect Xtra-ordinario formula: a patented mattress with a unique structure, padding and covering, built around revolutionary thermoplastic springing in which each element moves independently, guaranteeing extremely high levels of comfort. The mattress is assembled with a glue-free interlocking system and features an inimitable design.

A year on from its launch, Xtra-ordinario now features a new spring design, an extended product range and opportunities for personalisation in terms of both firmness and covering and padding options. The two new firmness levels (Grey spring Plus firmness and White spring Medium firmness) can in fact be personalized still further with removable stiffening inserts.

This is not all: the Xtra-ordinario mattress uses padding and coverings in Ingeo fibre, the first to be manufactured from 100% annually renewable resources such as corn. A washable and ecological mattress, that can be completely recycled at the end of its useful life. Xtra-ordinario is the diamond tip of the company’s ecological drive and summarizes in a single product the values of the Earth Month, an initiative designed to raise consumer awareness of environmental issues through eco-sustainable purchases.

Ennerev’s natural and ergonomic approach to good sleeping is represented by the innovations in its range of independent spring mattresses (incorporating seven-zone springing with soya-based foam massage profiles) and the latex range with the introduction of 100% natural latex foam (Naturlatex) and the new coverings and padding in natural fibres such as Kapok, high-tech fibres such as Nanosilverfill and ionized fibres such as the Shenergy fabric. There is, however, more to Ennerev than just mattresses. From June 2007 the already broad range of fabric-upholstered beds will be enriched with models featuring innovative configurations distinguished not only by modern forms and sober and original styling, but also by the use of trend-setting new fabrics such as laminates with copper, silver and bronze finishes. The collection will be previewed at the International Furniture Fair.
